Booking Terms & Conditions

Availability Sessions are available daily from 10:30AM to 11:00PM UK time (GMT/BST). All times displayed are in UK time. Please ensure you convert to your local time zone before booking.

Booking Sessions are available in 30 minute slots. You may book up to one month in advance. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required when scheduling a new session. Once submitted, your booking must be manually accepted by a member of staff. You will receive a confirmation once your booking has been approved.

Required Information When booking you must provide your first name, last name, email address, and the service you require — either IELTS Speaking exam practice or a job mock interview. If booking a job mock interview, please include your job title or a brief description of the role you are applying for.

Rescheduling You may reschedule your session with a minimum of 6 hours notice before your scheduled start time.

Cancellation You may cancel your session with a minimum of 4 hours notice before your scheduled start time.

Payment Payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure your slot.
